One serving contains 80 mg of natural caffeine from Guarana, L-theanine from green tea extract, 8 different B-vitamins, and much more.

Guaraná

Guaraná is a plant found in the Amazon region. It is rich in caffeine, of which the uptake in your bloodstream is slower compared to coffee and regular caffeinated products. As a consequence its benefits are delivered over a longer timeframe.

L-theanine

Green tea originated in China and is currently produced in multiple countries in East Asia. Its dried leaves are used to extract L-theanine, a water-soluble amino acid responsible for the (iced) tea taste. L-theanine supports the ability to concentrate.

When is the best time to drink Qallo?

That's entirely up to you.
Our customers drink it in the morning, throughout the day, or in the afternoon.

It's best not to drink Qallo too close too your bedtime if you have trouble sleeping when consuming caffeine.

How much water should you use?

That is entirely up to you. We recommend mixing Qallo with 0.5L of water to 1.0L of water. But you can also mix it with more water if you like.

For an intense flavor? Use 0.5L of water.
For a mild flavor? Use 1.0L of water.
For an even milder taste? Many customers mix it with 1.5L or more water for an extra mild taste.
Important: NEVER mix Qallo in a glass. The taste will be much too intense.

Is there a limit to how many Qallo's I can drink per day?

We recommend drinking only one Qallo per day due to the caffeine content in our product, especially if you also enjoy coffee or an energy drink.
